Strange noise

Hard to describe it but when i accelerate i get this scraping noise, sounds like a brush on metal, Only happens when accelerating and a couple times a second.

Just changed the crank pulley and has new drive belt too.

Not sure if it's related but if i take it up to 7k (on a warm engine) it makes a buzzing screech sound.

Wish it wasn't dark when i finish work :(

Only happens when accelerating.

It only goes on one way.

Is the belt tight enough?
Should be, has the recommended 5mm play, Doesn't sound like a belt though.
