What the hell.... I was given one last week to complete and return before the end of today.. It has to be handed to my boss by the end of today..

So in true college/school fashion I have left it to the last minute to get it done and to hand it in and now im like what the hell am I supposed to put?#

I have asked to copy one of the lads I work with but they laughed at my suggestion haha..

But seriously what things are you supposed to put..

Some of the questions iv got to answer..

1. What do you see the main aspects of your job purpose and responsibilites?
2. What has affected my performance?

ect ect..

Im babbling on , and they dont make sence pow! My intelligance blows me away sometimes..

Anyway, does anyone else have these to fill in or just me??

I hope I get a nice payrise for this tbh!

LIST EVERYTHING that you've done in the past and what you're doing at the moment...

when they ask about stuff that has affected your performance, DONT interpret that as asking what has affected you negatively... be positive. say what stuff has made you work harder and made you more productive :)

winnar.

Just lick their arses. If you boss is a man use this...

I really find Mr Smith a joy to work with and he gets the best out of me. I really wish all my colleagues were as helpful and as good at their jobs as he is. He also really looks good in that blue shirt he wears.

Was there really any need?

"we don't do these, where did you get it from?"
