Spotted a posi Blue vt? (i think it had vtr wheels on) passing the swalwell toyota garage on the roundabout heading towards blaydon/chainbridge road i think the beginning of the reg was ye51*** could be wrong though. was really low and had sax-p stickers in the rear side windows.
