can someone show me the inside of their car? need to find out what cigarette lighter comes with the car? as i think ive found one of my problems out but could be wrong?

car is 1999 westcoast


also if i plugged the wrong lighter into the wrong socket could it end up melting it?

problem is i wired the lighter up as it was not wired up and i plugged the lighter in(which was in the glovebox) and it started smoking from the socket? just thinking maybe if the lighter is wrong for the socket maybe thats the answer to my problem?

i have just bought one to replace the one i have as it was smoking(remember?) looks like the one ive got isnt the right one for the socket though? so im wondering if thats why it smoked when i pressed it in?
