Below are some images (not the best) of the roof of my car. Small rust marks have appeared...although they are not deep enough to be down to the bare metal, its almost like its just on top of the paint rather than chips.

Can anybody help? Will it polish out etc or are there any products that can get rid?

No mate, halfords or any motor factors sutch as motorworld ect
sell them even ebay lol
