Rover driver? driving fast!?

Just on the way home, when a ROVER CABRIOLET in front of me was driving as you'd expect a rover driver to. Well under the limit.

We hit backroads, and he's off! driving like nothing ive ever seen before up these backlanes - to be fair quite well as if they knew the road and took all the corners well?!
