my mate had a giant wedge of cheese,
Had to eat it until if fitted in the fridge.

I ate a can of tomato soup this month that was 'best before' August 2007 lol. Tasted fine just not as flavoursome as if it was new. Didn't get stomach ache either lol. I think canned food can last for years, just the companies have to put some sort of date on there by law.
