Was driving through Oswestry after collecting my front bumper tonight and i spotted this very dirty black vts parked up. Car looked to have Smoked jewel rear lights, quite low, magnex or piper exhaust.
Was parked up about 7:20 tonight.
No sax-p sticker as far as i could see.
