Going through a red light!

I have just received a notice for intended prosecution from the Police cos i was caught going through a red light! i remember when it was as well but it was my fault for messing about with my sun visor at the time, luckily i wasent speeding.

What am i looking at, fine and 3 points? :/

How long ago did you go thorugh the light????

They have to send you the notice within 21 days otherwise you can appeal it and get away with it...smileys/smiley4.gif

yep £40 and 3 points. TS10 it is. told me insurance about mine and it went up £30 a year so not end of the world mate
