Broadband Problem

my connection to mozilla and browsers seems intermittent, most times i click a new page it says cannot be displayed..
but its not signing me out of messengers etc....
i recently deletes all cookies, and thats when the problems started
anyone know what ive done wrong?

I have exactly the same problem at the moment, what ISP are you with?

Go to start - run - cmd

Then type in tracert websiteaddress

So for example I'd type in tracert http://www.saxperience.com/

This lists all the hops from your PC to the actual site. If it skips some steps or you get massive ping increases you know something between you and the site is messing up.

Use the address on the messed up hop to determine if its the site or your ISP.
