blimey you must of been playing it constantly lol, ill come back to you for some tips if i get stuck.

Yeh its a good game. Im pretty far in it. Ive mainly been exploring etc and doing sidemissions when i please.
most the time been running bout finding people to kill then cashing in all their items etc.
I can't seem to find a crutch anywhere though to build the railway rifle... :(

theres an old power station near megaton theres one in there and a work bench too

ye i got it.

completed it once but didnt know when you complete the storyline you have to start over again. 2nd time round i am nearly at level 10 and found loads of things!

Add me if u get stuck.

i was bored other night and thought id buy it from asda, now im addicted!! ffs. it is a good game though, just made the shishkebab, its a beast of a weapon! haha

Yeah, the dog is at the scrapyard.
I found him last night,theres many buildings i know but its in one of the far corners, theres a fight between a scavenger and his dog against a group of raiders.
By the time i got to the fight the scav was dead and i killed the raiders. Then it went into cut scene mode and dog came round the corner.
I cant say exactly where as you can enter the yard from diff angles, not on it to tell you a compass location. But if your walking from megaton upwards, dog and the fight should be top right of the yard.

Found dog now and ive found dad too now im following him around, only on level 13.

totally diff games tbh.
You can't beat cod for online play. fallout is a game you play by yourself. if you like exploring, leveling up your abilities. building weapons. and killing mutants then go for it. Huge storymode that can change on how good or bad you are.

I have now finished the story but not all the side missions, i got almost to level 17, now im going to start again and do some thing differently,

i go to rivet city went to see Dad, but no luck :S says I need to go back through tapes for more information of some sort to find out where he's gone. Where do I go to do this?

have you been to the radio station and completed the mission for two dog?, after that you go to rivet city and talk to a scientist and she tells you where to go next

Yeh I've done the missions with threedog about going to museums etc technology and national archives etc..
I went to the scientist and she said he's move don from here. And that I need to look through tapes to find out where he's going etc. I've explored a fair bit of the map. done a lot of side missions.

ive just remembered, you have to go to the washington monument where the water purifier is the tapes are in there, listen to them and then you'll find out where to go next.

Does anybody know where to find the skematics for the railway rifle???
