R32 are very nice cars. absolutely solid, feels like a tank inside.

accelerates nicely to 140 with constant power the whole way, then starts slowing down but will hit 155 even at that speed its comfortable and feels safe!

Brakes are absolutely immense and handling is pretty good

Focus rs may hold value better though??

ive drove the r32 and the audi a3 3.2 quattro, i blooody loved them both, the sound of the v6 is beautiful lol, i preferred the r32 cos i drove the a3 with the shittypaddle gearbox and it was reallly jerky. The handling is nice for a hatchback but the traction control is a bit overppowering, so i just turned it off lol.
They are fast as fooook a shit loads of torque and tonnes of low end grunt so running through the gears is nice cos you get like a boost when you change up.
i would go for the r32! mk4 or mk5? hope that helps :)
