Theres GT5P, but Im not sure if its got the ring. Grid doesnt and Im unsure of any other PS3 racers. Do you have the backwards compatible version? If so, best bet is GT4.

GT5p does not have the ring, as far as I am aware there are none until GT5 is released.

gt5 prologue doesnt have it on but gt5 will when it comes out

gran turismo 4 does, but thats for playstation 2, still a good game though
