You got a system restore disc with all your discs?

Go into your BIOS (usually by pressing the delete key soon as you turn your computer on) then go into boot priority and change the primary one to CD Drive. Then insert the windows disc and follow the instructions.

yeh and possible consider partitioning it while your there for a windows partition and a data one so you can format the windows partition as often as you like and keep your data :D

Try it again, sometimes they print them and the num/chars look like the other. Had the same with mine, instead of a 0 it was an O.
Calling MS Support they should give you a new code if you explain your problem, obviously telling them it is legit and that. Worked for me when mine stopped working.
