My girlfriend ordered two itrip thingys (they allow you to play your ipod in your car through the radio). One came through the post with an invoice for two with a hand written note on saying "other will shorty follow". today is 22 days after we recieved the first item. We have send an email asking them WTF is going on and they have said that we have receieved both items.
We have explained about the hand written note and since that have had no response back from them.
When we phone we get passed from person to person in a call centre thats not in the country, so obviously their errrm... comunication skills are not the best.

What do i do now?

how did you pay? hopefully on your credit card

Its going to either be a case of staying on that phone until a resolution can be found or contacting the credit card company and telling them you are in dispute

guess you will just have to keep on at them, and threaten the use of small claims court

Did you order this one? http://www.ibitstore.com/index.php?controller=product&product_id=4780&path=75_23

If so the sites saying backorder so you may have to wait for next delivery maybe?

You have more patience than me waiting 22 days ...

if they only have 1 POD, you have a signed note saying the other will follow then its fine, refuse to pay the full amount until you have both, or ask to be invoiced for the 2 items seperatly...

ring them again, and asked to be put straight through to a manager and take you case up with them!

and while you're at it, make a complaint about the customer services staff :)
