is a 3.5 inch backbox too big for a saxo?

my next door neighbour used to have a saxo and bought an £80 exhaust from motorworld. it was neevr fitted so brand new in box for £20 :P ?

i have a 4 inch oval on my vtr and it looks nice because it fits perfectly in the cut out so a 3.5 inch round should be fine

definatly cut into it, looks unbeleivably shit just hanging below. Looks like the halfords exhaust specialist team fitted it.

Just had my 3.5" installed today, sits wonderfully in the standard saxo cut out and looks good with the car too. Had a look at 4" but felt it looked too large.
