it doesnt bruise that bad when you get shot by them the worst i have seen is when i shot my mate in the shoulder n kneck about 8 times while he was trying to get away he was black n blue n nearly cried they usaully just sting a little bit n leave a red mark unless you bruise very easliy

plastic is alot thicked and when they hit you the bruise you recieve is
massive and stings for days!!

I took a shot to the left buttocks!! Not good!! Hurt for days to sit down!

Health is all related to how you perceive the problem. If you believe you
will survive a disease then you have a higher chance of survival.
