hello everyone. Basically i moved out of my house a Few of months ago (July) to live with my girlfriend. I signed up to the internet with tiscali (started it in August) , it was a 12 month contract, phone line, calls and internet.

We have now both decided to move back in with our parents as we argue a lot.

Now what shall i so about cancelling with tiscali?

Are they going to charge me stupid money or...could i say im being evicted and that ive lost my job etc???

any good answers will be very much appriciated :y:

Thanks

Read your contract to see what happens if you finish the contract early!

Or look on their website http://www.tiscali.co.uk/help/

i work in sales in bt mate, theres no chanceof getting out the contract unless bereavement or you were mis sold the product. you may get charged a cancellation fee as well as having to pay out the remainder of your contract. best thing to do is phone up and complain to the highest about the product and say its not what you got told it was going to be, the more you complain the more you get.
hope this helps
