paint on my light n bumper

was cleaning my car the other day and noticed that there was specks of white paint on my rear bumper and rear light and a couple of specks just above it. on the paint work (its a black car)


any ideas? how can i rid of it!!!!!!:wall:

Tcut...but don't rub it in too hard as it will remove your paint too. Which is what the idiot i bought my car off had done.
