The clock surround has 2 screws in the top of it that go up into the dash. Take these out and the rest unclips. However, you may need to take the steering wheel off, or drop the steering column down to get the surround out past the wheel.

Clocks are held in with 4 torx screws iirc, which will be visible once you remove the surround. Plasic cover then unclips from the dial binicle.
