fiesta mk4 anti sphen device

As above does anyone know if these cars have a anti sphen device as my mate crashed his car with a full tank of fuel. Car is beeing picked up tomorrow by scrap yard and doesnt want them having the fuel

lol, put a hose in, suck, see what happens. worst thing that can happen is you get a mouth full of petrol but it'll me worth it in the end

just bang a hole in the bottom of the tank, will only be plastic, bit tight like if you cant afford petrol.. why run a car that sups so much ;)
