I sokd my N95 on ebay last night.
In the listing I stated no overseas shipping without contact to me beforehand.
The auction finishes at a nice price, the winning bidders from America.Great!!
So I email and say I strictly asked to be contacted before.
I then get a reply asking to send the phone to a different address in Nigeria........ummmmm right!!
The fella says give him the benifit of the doubt and wait till tommorrow if he pays.... I have just recieved an email from Ebay saying they were frauds and the listing has been removed.

Typical.
I want to contct the second highest bidder, can I ask ebay?
If not Ill have to wait another week to list.

Grrrrr

Unlucky that mate, I'm pretty sure you'll just have to re-list and just tell the 2nd highest bidder about the new auction? I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that's what would have to happen. (Unless you sold it to them privately of course!)

I dont think I can contact the second highest bidder because Ebay have removed my listing from my sold items.

Worst that then mate, best thing now is to just re-list the item

You can give an offer to the 2nd highest bidder through ebay, you can ring them and ask them to relist the item to do it or just send the email to the next bidder themselves. Had it before.
