Decided to change my ways and get rid of my lexarse lights, so got the standerds out the loft and dicovered they looked awfull, somethings happened to the paint they were tinted with. These [pictures dont really do it justice, looks far worse

maybe paint stripper but try first may leave a funny finish on the plastic, try on a hidden bit first to be sure

turps wil take it off, use a glass polish to polish the lights, up then you need to go buy more tintspray "it solved the whitey-ness" spray and do in a shed or something
i also laquerd mine to give them a shine

SPRAY FROM A GOOD DISTANCE 30CM AND LET THEM DRY(just a light coat tho more you put on it wil probly run) add more coats depending on how dark u want them

this is what i did and it works very well

sand down with 320gritt sand paper untill completly smooth this will allso remove paint and the writing thats on the standerd lights once smooth put a nice coat of laquar on once u have a coat of laquar on the lights let it dry 10-15 mins untill tacky then add normal gloss black paint very lightly untill you have the darkness you want then put 3 -4 coats of laquar on youll get a very shiny finish

i have done this to 2 sets of lights mine and r1chos my car hasnt been on the road since but r1cho had them on his car ova 4 months and neva got pulled and it passed an mot with them on
