it was an offer from some random bloke on face book and that is the answer he got, even if i was close to losing my house i would not sell it. I waited 3 1/2 hours at the silverstone gp to meet lewis and get it signed so no way hosay.

id buy another hat , box , scan tags and copy signiture's , some randomer on facebook wont have a comback and you will have 500 big ones to show for your efforts , but seriously - id keep it and only sell it when things got really realllllly desprate , i mean how long will it take you to save £500 compared to trying to get another one of those.

iv already got another hat the same. i have seen loads selling on ebay and am thinking the same that it will be worth loads in years to come, I got the box from ebay usa and they done the plack for my and i think in total it cost my £20 with p&p. I also have a big signed poster by lewis and his dad.

i know what you meen that is why i was like wtf £500 for a signed hat i would not pay that, but for me i got it signed myself on the day that lewis won his first british gp and i was there as a vip so it was a great day for me made even better that i got to meet him and ron dennis, massa, gordan ramsey and many more.
