fitting raceland WRC bucket help please...

I have searched but cant find what i need... Just recieved my WRC buckets from mr_willy on here, have opened everything up ready to fit tomorow but i am confused!lol. Anyone give me tips or got a how-to guide on attatching the frames to the car, and then to the buckets? cheers for any help

yea i have now attatched the sliders to the seat, and the frames. But i think im going to need help from someone who has experienced these seats and i am now unsure of how to attatch the lever for the slider

i have them all together now but i have one part of a bracket left over :S could this be a fixing for a harness?

I am guessing its the one for the seat belt. If so it will have around bit for the pretensioner thingy to go in
