Right ive been offered a Mk2 W plate VTS in black

19k miles from new (been stored away for past year or so)
No MOT
No Tax

Just needs new passenger Fog lamp
&
Bonnet hinge needs sorting out for MOT

I think it had a lil knock at front but its had a new wing and headlight, just needs front arch liners

I think if you can get him to put a Mot on the VTS then deffo have it!

Yeh i was thinking that but i dont think he will buy a new fog light and sort the bonnet catch out

Unless i offer him my JL audio sound system for a MOT lol

If the mileage is genuine with history I would spend the few pennys on making it road worthy again and definintly swap...

Yeh he said its all HPI clear and gave me the reg to check if i wanted to

also 1 owner from new

Trouble is i recently had my bros VTS for a week and got fed up of how much fuel it drinks, let alone the insurance of £170 a month so.....i dunno although i could have it and sell it for more.

you should swap!! vts dont drink too much if u drive normal, plus petrol is cheap once moted will be worth alot with low milage

I said to the kid if hes in a rush to get rid, he isnt so i said ill prob have it after new year once i get some cash together for MOT & Tax for it.

As above fogs dont matter and iirc you could remove the bonnet for the mot and then the hinge wouldnt be a fail ;)

this car was on ebay not long ago. it needed a screen aswell i think the listing said and the tape on the front seems a bit hooky its why i didnt have a stab at it.

Yeh i dunno yet cause im sure its had a big knock......but ill see, if it isnt a cat d or cat c i might have it but it depends if i can afford the extra fuel and insurance.
