speedo not working help!!

have got the dials out of my car and now for some strange reason my speedo is going round the worng way and even then its stopping half way any suggestions need them asap guys cheers!:wall:

I took myne appart to do my plasma dial conversion using led's and I found that if you dont put them back exactly where you found them then you get problems! My speedo dial now judders when accellerating because I pushed the pin in slightly too far.

You may have to rest the dials in the hole and adjust whilst driving etc... I had to do this using my tomtom to guage the rough speed i was doing!
