adjusting height on angel eyes

1 of mine needs to come up higher

on the cog which way do i turn it to adjust beam high????

take it im looking at it when there fitted.... turn left or right

if you can even move yours with your fingers your a legend lol. Use some pliers or mini mole grips ;)
