Wiper relay 03 1.1i

Wipers on my Saxo have a life of their own !!! they stop and start in midflow and you can hear the relay clicking. would i be right in replacing the relay before the actual wiper motor?. Also if so apart from the main dealer and the breakers yard, can anyone recomend a good independant supplyer,

I think pug nd citroen had problems with there wiper stalk mate, not so much the relay or the motor. Try getting a stalk from a breakers as i had the same problem. hope this helps
