fitting 4 stud hubs?

hey, im looking to fit some vts wheels to an eastcoast i got for free, its 3 stud and any 3 stud wheels i have saw look gash and chavy, is it hard to fit 4 studs has anyone ever done this ?

unfortunately its not that simple, for the back you'll need a whole 4 stud rear beam, and for the front youll need struts off a 4 stud saxo too. Because of that I think youll need a different antiroll bar for the front and a pair of droplinks
