toyota said it expected a loss £1.1bn, if they want to cut cost would they pull out of f1? cost something £200million+ a year to run a f1 team

allways will be, there have been worse economic situations than this before, however cost cutting is a must now, and so the era of millions being spunked to save 0.001 seconds are at an end

you would think that toyota would have a nice stockpile of money to say this is the first time they have posted a loss, i know they have expensess etc but even still

I'm pretty sure Toyota are something silly like 5th or 6th in the Forbes 500 ... they can afford a few hundred million on an F1 team :P

Pretty bored of F1 by now. So couldn't care less if all the teams dropped out :D
