ICV

alright my idle all over the places, i took the plug off the ICV and the idle did not change at all, it just carried on idle like it does before i unpluged it, i don't no if that means it is not working, and if it is not then how is my car idling without it?

anyone got an answers on this?

as i did take the plug out for the one under the ICV which was told later was the thorttle postion sensor? and that cut the engine out, thought maybe if i unpluged the ICV if working would cut the end out?

if you unplugged both the ICV and TPS the car would not cut out.

id take your ICV out and just wipe all the crap off with some kitchen roll sort of stuff

wel with the ICV pluged in and TPS unpluged the car cut out, but with the TPS pluged in and ICV unpluged it just stay the same it was before, i clean it with brake cleaner so guesing it may not be working rite, as when i come to a stop the revs drop low like it going to stal, but save itself?

well my ICV is stuckin on position.

so idles the same all the time (which is a bugger in them cold mornings lol)

just had my car plugged in and came up with the following fualts,

frist ICV, also TPS, and the lamdba sensors, also have the abs speed sensor out

he cleared them off the ecu, and the car is just not rite, so i will be going bk on monday to plug it in again see if they come up again if so i will be changing them all for new ones, no messing aroundwith cleaning just changing them!

hope that fix my problem.
