Nitromors in my eye!!

Got it in my eye :wall:, so i was stripping the paint on my orange 222 frame making good progress and a lil flick off the paintbrush goes into my eye, i stroll up stairs to bathromm fill sink with cold water and blink into it for a few mins, no pain at all so i asume its fine, went back outside and finished doing most the frame, its been about an hour since it happend so do you guys reckon it will be fine ? ino im a douche and should have been wearing goggles but didnt hav any to hand lol

tbhif that struff got in your eye and your in no pain an hour later id say your ok tbh!!

You would of been in pain within seconds really....

It stings when youg et normal paint stripper on your hands after about 5 seconds, imagine in your eye!!

sweet :), shoudl be rate then, just looked on the website and downloaded a pdf thing on it and it says....
EYE CONTACT
Make sure to remove any contact lenses from the eyes before rinsing. Promptly wash eyes with plenty of water while lifting the eye lids.
Continue to rinse for at least 15 minutes. Contact physician if irritation persists.

meh, you will be ok, i got a splat of normal paint striper inmy eye, also from a paint brush, jst washed my eye out and carried on, stil got 20/20 vision to this day lol

Least you didnt get a big blob of it fall in your eye liek a mate of mien did a few years bk, burnt his eye lid!

Id say youve been very luck, it may sound stupid but whenever using paint stripper or paint thinners wear eye protection.

yea, i have my work goggles, didnt put them on one day when i was under the car changing the fuel filter, petrol and rusty metal inmy eye, hurt liek fook, cleaned up and put the goggles on after that!!!

I got locktight super glue in my eye befor was super-glueing the rear axle of my RC car gave it a rev to stop the axle sticking whilst it was drying and it al sprayed out into my eye! Ran cold water on it and i was fine thank god.
