Hi all im new here and where better to start with my saxo problem than here.

i have an S-reg saxo 1.4 lx and im just in the midst of a problem with it

basicly out of the blue my break lights went aswell as my reverse light.
it seems the breake light fuse (the blue one) keeps blowing.

i replace this fuse drove around the block and it was all working fine.

but when i drove to work this monrning some where on the way to my work it blew again. is this a common problem. and is there anyway to fix it without having to spend alot on a car sparky to look at it?

My car used to do this, found out had some un insulated wires behind my stereo fixed them and it never did it since..

my fuses used to go maybe 3-4 times a week until i changed the wiring behind my stereo.. :y:

it could be that two bare wires are touching each other somewhere and blowing the fuse?
