scrappys n car keys

i may be being a bit thick here but will scap yards and the like still keep a hold of keys for the vehicles. reason i am asking isthat ive lost my keys and grudge paying citroen £150 to get a new key and reprogrammed. so i was thinking of tring to get an ECU and a key (and immobiliser if required). would this work, thanks in advance

yeah you should be able to get a full lock set, ask around find somone whos breaking ther car
