Saxo read M3 lights

Hi there i have seen quite a few 106 gtis with the m3 style lights, but i have only ever seen one saxo with them on!

does anybody know where i could get a set from?? as i think they look lovely

As far as i'm aware, they never made any by manufacturer.

I had some.. which were ultra clears, with the bottom sprayed red (can't tell at all..)

That's how everyone does it with the saxo.. my old one..

i used to have them on mine

there a DIY job as said dead easy to do but you need to spray them every few months as they turn orange

Again, if people lacquered them with several layers they would be fine! :P

Very easy to do, liek said Ultra CLear Jewels with the bottom tinted red. Got mine off ebay for £20 :)

One thing though, if you do get them, make sure you get some Silvertec Indicator bulbs for the back as you can see th orange of the standard bulb and it looks pap!

BTW had mine on the car for about 5 months, 1 coat of lacquer, never faded :) have changed to look of them a tad now though ha

I never figured out how this effect was done... well now I know!...
I have an icelandic grey saxo which looks silver but I think the red doesnt go well at all!
Im going to either get my std lights sprayed the same color as the car professionally or buy some ultra clears and spray them silver... any ideas?

Thanks mate, they are different now, top half is smoked black with the bottom red, just to be abit diffrent :homme: lol

dont think they would suit a silver vt...but thats my opinion

looks nice on blue i think that what im looking for! as for on a silver car im not sure at all! personaly i doubt it because the ultra clear will disapear in to the car

Done them like this mainly as i seen a few people with th M3 style including a few black VTR's (allways wanted them on my old one but never got round to it!!)

So thought a little change was on the cards :)
