ffs jp managed a 9:11 with a full interior and 170 bhp and 266mm brakes

a decently stripped 190hp with 4 pots will be epically fast on track

mate as said in the other thread, a well set up, fwd car is capable of keeping up with a lot of things around a track man. You would have to spend but it's definatly possible

the veyron which isnt actually that fast on a track as its a sports tourer, rather than a track aimed car.

It wont keep up with a veyron once over a set speed, but then again alot of things would hammer a veyron through the corners due to the sherr mass of the thing.

IIRC John couldnt get a reading after 340atw due to wheel spin. He has a sequential box, mad suspension for track use and no fear.

Stripped s/cd saxo weighs what.... 800kg? Say he has 350bhp atw thats like 440bhp/per tonne.

Jackson racing charged elise will have 300bhp at the fly, thats about 240bhp at the wheels in a car that weighs 750kg, so thats about 325bhp per tonne.

With a half decent driver the saxo would give the elise a bloody good fight
