heater blower problems

Hi, i have a problem with my citroen saxo 1.1L W reg. The heater blower an rear windscreen have stopped working. After reading numerous forums about citroens it appears the problem is with the igniton switch/ barrel. what i need to know is how much is this going to cost me to get fixed an do i have to go through citroen or can i just buy a new barrell an have someone fit it for me. thanks for ur help:wall::wall:

Loads of people will tell you to do a wiring mod, we did it and it melted and nearly set on fire. Apparently its caused by a relay when thats fixed a new ignition barrel and problem solved. Not sure if its true got to get our relay fixed 1st.

so i only need to get a relay fixed. is that expensive please? how will i find out which one needs fixing?
