idle control valve pic (Help)

hi ive got a funny feeling that my car doest av a idle control valve please look at pic im not going mad am i :S

if im not mistaken yours will be on the inlet manifold facing the bulkhead. if you look behind your throttle body from the drivers side of the car (you may need a torch) you`ll see a sensor cable and thats connected to it
