bit of help please with logo

hi can anyone help i need a logo making about the size of the saxperience one in the top left corner of the forum but with g1forum on it. i need it to be white letters with the letters having a black outline. i havent a clue how to do it and i have no software to try lol.

just a white back ground with white letters with a black outline. if you no what i mean lol.

thanks thats perfect but is there any chance you could crop the back ground so its just the letters.
