Ok.....
I've now enabled email notification of posts in this forum... so if you want to follow the progress of a post, you can be notified by email if someone replies in the chosen thread...
Also, if you forget your password and you have entered a valid email address in your user profile, you can request that the password be sent to your email address.
Let me know if anyone has problems using this?
