View Full Version : Speedo,temp & fuel gauge not working

Hello all the above happened all of a sudden,the car is not modified or been molested at all.
I have seen a few similar problems on here but no real solutions....
Any help much appreciated.

Unplug the battery for about 15mins or more and reconnect fixed hopefully.
I did this when my cars fuel line got a air block and bumped it on the starter motor and I tripped all the dials.

Nice one all i replaced battery and hey presto all back to normal...the only thing now is the radio code i do not have it.
I suppose thats a rip off trip to the main dealer?

i went to citroen and got it, he wrote it on a bit of paper and said thats the code but im affraid its (£ said summert like 12quid) but i was fast enough to read it. so just told him it didnt matter. lol. try it, there not the brightest bunch in my local citroen stealers, yours may be the same.

hey, exactly the same thing happened to me this morning, will try this when i get home!!! hopefully no speed cameras on my way!!!!!!

well tried the old battery trick, worked a treat!!! Very strange!!!
