gear box oil

hi guys just wondering how many litres of gear box oil, is in a vtr gear box

reason 4 this is i reaplaced the lower arm at the weekend and the drive shaft leaks about 1/4 of a litres worth of oil out ?

will this be ok or shall i top it up ??

Gear box holds about 2 litres total. If you've got the time i'd top it up. Sounds like you're used to getting your hands dirty with the car so shouldn't be a hard job for you.

as above says they hold 2 litres, myt aswell replace the lot for how long it takes
