Rear Wiper Motor Wiring Connections

Afternoon folks, very happy new year to us all!!!:cool:

Querie here regarding the wiring and connections to the rear wiper motor...
My car (an 03 plate) has three wires which are the following colours-

Green/Yellow-
Grey-
Brown- EARTH

THis is connected to a small white connector block..

Having purchased a replacement motor (from an 'S' Reg I believe), as luck would have it, the connector on this is completely different...:wall:
Connection Wires on this are -

Black-
White-
Blue-

Anyone and ideas which connection goes where?????:y:

green/yellow earth i would of thought on a o3 plate

id say g/y to black
brown to blue

thats just my oppinion though worst you will do is blow a fuse or get a tester on it

It's defo -

EXISTING
Green/Yellow- ?
Grey- ?
Brown- EARTH

Confirmed this via a continuity test.
The connections on my car are easy to identify, however it still doesn't help me with connecting up the wires on the new motor!!!

Even if I could identify the earth connection on the new motor (I'd probabbly guess this to be black?) the poroblem would be solved! still rather have it confirmed if possible....
