youll need 2 springs and 4 dampers, dont think ull need droplinks, you dont have to buy dampers depending on how far you go but at the end of the day but is best uprate!

yer probs best of with shorter dampers, be easiest to buy a kit with it all in.

i would with a 50mm drop. Otherwise handling isn't optimal

I definatly recommend fitting up-rated dampers when you lower it mate, i didnt, dropped it 50 and the dampers were knackered a few hundred miles later and i had to strip it down again lol.
As for the droplinks, it depends if they come off okay, sometimes they can be a pain and its easier to just cut them off, new ones are only £8 each.
You could also think about swapping the bushes in the front arms to poly ones while everythings in pieces, that way your suspension should be sorted for a fair few miles

depends what you are doing to the front and how stiff you are there
effective rear spring rates of the torsion bar are as follows
20mm 135lb/inch
21mm 165lb/inch
22mm 195lb/inch
23mm 235lb/inch
24mm 280lb/inch
25mm 330lb/inch

So i take it with 23 + it will be getting extremely hard and more suited to track cars?

its only lowered 40mm all round on spax vsx so not massively stiff but when u get people in the back or ne tools for work etc it jus sits down bad lol,
