Ever wished evil things to happen to SCUM?

Slightly raging at the moment so i apologise for any bad grammar as i hammer the keyboard.

Just been informed that 2 very close friends of mine who own a pub was admitted to hospital last night.

Husband and wife with 3 kids all under 10. Husband was locking the pub at 12.30 last night when 4 drunk lads tried to get in. Husband refused entry as it was late and they were closing. The lads got a bit arsey and forced their way in. Husband trying to keep the peace asked them to get out. They got shirty and started getting loud.

The wife, upstairs with the kids hears a bit of commotion coming from what she thought was an empty pub. Goes down stairs to investigate.

On seeing the Wife, one of the lads hurls a chair at her, knocking her to the ground. Husband runs to her aid to be knocked out cold by another lad.

Husband comes too a couple of moments later to find one lad sat on his chest and another on his legs, both laying into him. He cant move but can see his wife curled up in a ball in a corner while the other 2 lads kick, punch, spit and drag her about.

Apparently he got free somehow and got over to his wife, he was then hit in the head with a bottle.

He went down covered in blood which spooked the lads and they all did a runner.

1 of the kids came down to see their parents both in a state and called the police and ambulance.

They was both took to hospital.

Husband has 2 broken ribs, a cracked sternum, broken clavicle and fractured skull with massive gash.

Wife has 8 broken ribs, shattered pelvis, dislocated shoulder, broken nose, sunken cheek bone, lost 3 teeth and a portion of her tongue. Going to require plastic surgery to sort her face out.

The police interviewed them both today and came to the conclusion there is nothing they can at the moment.

The pub didn't have CCTV and there is no known witnesses. The husband never saw the lads before but apparently they was of eastern european decent

They took a few skin samples and will do a DNA test to see if anything comes up.

Both have been told a conviction is highly unlikely

Totally in shock. They are nicest couple you could ever meet. How anyone could do something like this is beyond me.

If there is such thing as Karma, i hope they all have they knobs bitten off by a rabbit dog!

In no way am i defending them, think they should be shot/hung or at least rot in prison for the rest of their life. But even if they were 'caught', the justice system would do fuck all to prevent them from doing it again when they got out in 2 years time.

It's something you have to live with nowadays, which is pretty sad when you think about it. What's even worse, is if the guy would have defended himself with a bat or whatever he'd of been the one in shit. So yeah, in reality there is hardly any justice in the world.

I completely agree with your comment JC, but what can you do sit back and watch your wife getting beaten to death? Surely you can do something to stop the attackers whilst waiting for the police (I know the man could not do this) I really feel for the couple and wish them a speedy recovery.

The scum are only a minority which can easily be dealt with.

Unfortunately im not sure karma exists, too many evil shits out there and nothing ever seems to happen to them, even if they do get caught they will probably be let out on good behaviour within 2 years...

Really hope the both of them recover fully and get everything back to normal, what a crap start to the new year :(
