hi im having some difficulty removing the steering column..basically going through the haynes manual and im at the step where you remove the metal clips securing the column to the steering gear pinion but see no way to get them off. To make things harder ive also accidently pulled the column in a bit meaning i cant reattach the wheel just now to move it about.
