eanyone shed soem light on the springs i have on my car http://www.passionauto.co.uk/products/handling/springs/citroen-461/koni-1020-sport-springs-for-citroen-saxo-1-4-auto-1-5d-1-6-16v-vts_1200.php

i asked for 45 mm lowering when i got the springs which these clearly arent but eanyway if i got these
http://www.kamracing.co.uk/peugeot-2/suspension-chassis-72/lowering-springs-93/faulkner-155lb-lowering-springs-cit-saxo-pug-106-45mm-138.html
that would make the front wheel tuck into the arch alot nicer which would be better and would i see a bit of a handling improovment?

They will lower it about 50mm. I have the 35mm ones and mines about 40mm down.

Handling will be pretty good. Get some b8s all round and you wont go wrong.
