Bonnet Raisers Fitting!

Could some one tell me what I need to buy and how to fit a set of bonnet raisers to my MK1 VTR please!

there is a guy on here that sells them and its simple to fit them took me about 20 mins undo both bolts on one hinge place one of the spacers between the hinge and bonnet then tighten it a liitle bit allowing it to hold then repeat the same on the other hole then repeat on the other side hope this helps ideal if you could get someone to hold the bonnet for you

as said above mate, helps if u have sumone else there but did mine in 10mins and looks good imo

May i ask what the point in bonet raisers are. I can only assume more aerodynamics? :wacko: or am i way off? haha

supposedly makes the engine bay cool down quicker,but imo people just use them for the aggressive look..

and i think they only look on good on mk1s
