So, why havnt her parents been prosicuted for been irresponsible? they left a 4 year old child, in an unlocked apartment, and went to get pissed... Then they no longer work, because they say they are looking for there child... when most of the time they are at home.

Like Ryan said, hundreds of kids go missing each year, and there parents have to get back to work to keep food on the table for the rest of the family.

What sickening is the fact that they left there child, then got away with it, and then get masses of money, for something they caused!!

So what you're saying is, everyone should carry on looking for Maddie for another 6 years, whilst the parents are getting paid to lead quite a comfy life trying to fix a problem they caused.

It's unjustified, that so much effort should be put into finding this one missing kid... when there are others out there who don't have that kind of funding and have to carry on with their everyday life.
